Small company that consisted of the owner and myself taking on and completing jobs totaling $500,000 to as small as $10,000 that included renovations of libraries , classroom , tel- data closets and numerous labs of all different forms. I performed jobs that included demo , framing, drywall, drywall finishing, door and door frame installation , various kinds of hardware installation, production & installation of shelving, ceiling grid and tile installation, some flooring installation including vct, ceramic tile and carpet squares, painting and some work with 80/20 aluminum framing. The owner of the company also owned several rental properties which we completely renovated or Performed repairs in some aspect to all of them. I was the. hired by MIT to work directly for the college for 4-5 years as a mechanic A. For the last 5 years I’ve worked for myself as a handyman
